Free Parking Day is an annual event serving families facing treatment or a stay at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Our goal is to support and celebrate the strength and bravery of these families as they fight for hope.
On Free Parking Day, every car that comes through the parking decks at the Egleston or Scottish Rite campuses is greeted with the simple gesture of free parking and the lasting reminder that they are not alone. While the event only lasts a day, we’ve had many people comment on how the simple gift of free parking made a lasting impact, and some who have come back to serve with us on other years!
Our first Free Parking Day was held summer of 2017, and we had a blast celebrating our most recent Free Parking Day on June 14, 2024!
